Hospice and palliative care conferences

Custom Health Consultants guided Hospice Minnesota in taking their 400-500 person statewide continuing education conference to a new level.

We also helped guide the 1st & 2nd National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization's (NHPCO) Access & Inclusion conferences In Saint Louis, MO and Minneapolis, MN.  We have the copy writing, design, marketing, and educational experiences to plan any health & human service conference need.

Symposiums and senior care conferences

Custom Health Consultants guided the Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging (MAAA) in hosting a three-day statewide Age & Disabilities Odyssey for home care, assisted living, nutrition, transportation, Area Agencies on Aging, and other inter-disciplinary professionals. This included attracting sponsor levels and creating an exhibitor conference experience.

We also planned all conference details for MAAA's Metro White House Conference on Aging for metro-wide policy makers, senior service professionals, and direct service providers.

Community engagement events

Custom Health Consultants guided CAPI in hosting a large community dialogue, "Civic Rights & Responsibilities:  A Refugee & Immigrant Journey."  The purpose of this event was to bring immigrant & refugee communities together.  The sold-out event featured artists, photographers, public officials, foundation leaders, and community organizations.  We organized sponsor levels to include the gifts and contributions of immigrant businesses.  The Weisman Art Museum in Minneapolis, joined as a contributor and provided a compelling space.  This artistic and inspiring event captured the minds and hearts of the Twin Cities refugee & immigrant communities!
